Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a range of production strategies, including clearances and other creation-related tasks. You will work closely with our team of opportunity managers and production legal advisors to ensure that all production strategies are compliant with legal, financial, risk management, and administrative requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage a range of production strategies, including clearances and other creation-related tasks
  • Ensure that all production strategies are compliant with legal, financial, risk management, and administrative requirements
  • Work closely with opportunity managers and production legal advisors to resolve complex issues
  • Provide support and guidance on the use of copyrights and other intellectual property
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in managing clearances and other creation-related tasks, preferably in the TV or film industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in the entertainment industry, preferably in a production or clearance role
  • Knowledge of copyright law and intellectual property rights
