Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry and Research Consultant to join our team at blithequark. As a strategic thinker and expert communicator, you will play a key role in analyzing complex datasets, identifying insights, and developing presentations to inform and influence senior leaders. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with teams and leaders across multiple departments to ensure cooperation and alignment on various efforts and initiatives
• Analyze schedules and complex datasets to discover relevant insights for stakeholders
• Synthesize large amounts of data using SQL, Access, Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx
• Develop high-quality and timely presentation materials to inform and influence senior leaders
• Navigate the complexities of multiple teams and engagements
• Analyze historical profitability and performance metrics to gain insight into future performance
• Contribute to the innovative development of opportunity network designs, connectivity structures, scheduling approaches, and other initiatives that drive business growth
• Deliver analysis and solutions that demonstrate a clear understanding of the business problem at hand and the broader impact across the organization
• Communicate findings and results to department and commercial/operational leaders with a communication approach that acknowledges the intended audience and provides recommended courses of action

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Advanced-level experience in a quantitative role, preferably in the aviation industry
• Proven expertise in identifying and developing solutions to address business and operational issues
• Strong knowledge of presentation and visualization platforms (Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with data access and analytical platforms (SQL, Alteryx)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to a wide range of audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in transportation operations, traffic, or profitability analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify insights
• Ability to work independently and guide projects from start to finish
• Experience with agenda forecasting, optimization, and simulation tools
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
