Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Remote Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in video editing, a strong understanding of post-production workflows, and a passion for creating engaging visual content. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Editing video footage using professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Color correction and grading
- Sound design and mixing
- Creating and incorporating motion graphics
- Working collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines
- Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
- Meeting with clients to discuss project needs and provide updates
Required Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques and principles
- Experience with color correction and grading
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Meticulous attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or related field
- Experience with motion graphics software (After Effects)
- Experience working with a variety of video formats and codecs
