Role Overview: As a Remote Patient Monitoring Specialist , you will oversee home-based monitoring devices, analyze patient data, and alert clinicians to significant changes. Set up and maintain remote monitoring equipment in patients’ homes.
Review patient data for trends, anomalies, and health risks.
Educate patients and families on using monitoring devices and interpreting results.
Qualifications: Experience in telehealth, remote monitoring, or home health technology.
