What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients via phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch service with a smile, ensuring that every client interaction is positive and memorable
  • Proactively helping clients find the right products and services, both online and offline
  • Practicing our core value of "Think like a customer," always putting the client's needs first
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve issues, share knowledge, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A professional level of English and Dutch, both verbally and written
  • A Bachelor's degree or academic level
  • A customer-friendly attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • A dynamic and flexible personality, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations
  • A solution-oriented mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Customer Service or Adobe InDesign skills is a plus, but not required
  • A willingness to relocate to Valencia or work remotely from anywhere in Spain
