Our company culture is built on a foundation of trust, respect, and open communication, and we are proud to be a leader in our industry. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Administrative Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * Making outbound sales contact with government agencies and organizations at the state and local levels to promote our services and solutions * Pursuing sales leads and developing new business opportunities * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information, sales history, and account activity * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities * Analyzing sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve results * Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders * Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Basic functional knowledge and skills in selling and account management, including: + Understanding of key business drivers and market trends + Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in the use of Salesforce and other internal operational systems, including: + Ability to navigate and utilize CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales activity + Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools + Understanding of data security and compliance regulations * Ability to present information in an appropriate style and make technical information clear, including: + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to create engaging and informative presentations and reports + Understanding of adult learning principles and effective communication techniques * Ability to persuade others/clients in standard situations, including: + Strong negotiation and influencing skills + Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders + Understanding of conflict resolution and mediation techniques **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field * Proven track record of success in sales and customer administration * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field * Experience working in the government sector or with government agencies * Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM software * Certification in sales, account management, or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong negotiation and influencing skills * Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders * Understanding of adult learning principles and effective communication techniques * Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM software * Certification in sales, account management, or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
