Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Registered Financial Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our call center, you will have the opportunity to launch your financial services career and help our customers achieve financial freedom. This is a remote position, but you must be willing to visit our office location in Milwaukee, WI, 4 to 6 times per year. Our comprehensive paid associate training program will provide you with a solid foundation, and you will receive continuous coaching to support your role and career trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to our customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to their retirement savings accounts
  • Educate and empower our customers, providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions about their financial futures
  • Communicate critical plan updates and changes, ensuring that our customers are informed and up-to-date
  • Process contribution changes, loans, and withdrawals, as well as general account changes, in accordance with customer directions
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and provide seamless support to our customers

What You Will Bring

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Availability to work a 40-hour work week, outside of traditional business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays
  • An Associate's degree or higher, combined with at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
  • Capability to work overtime as required, based on business needs
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 or higher equivalent licensure

Technical Requirements

To ensure your success in this role, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection
  • A dedicated workspace in your home, free from interruptions
  • Minimum service level of 50Mbps download and 10Mbps upload to ensure the best voice quality
  • Ability to connect your computer directly to a modem or router using an Ethernet cable

Base Salary Range

The base salary range for this position is $40,800.00 - $56,025.00 per year. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program, and actual compensation offered may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, and skill level.
