About the Role: Remote Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with blithequark's overall business objectives, focusing on improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to processes, policies, or procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a unified customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our customer experience offerings and stay ahead of the competition
  • Manage and optimize customer service metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores, to ensure we're meeting our service level agreements and exceeding customer expectations

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong understanding of customer experience principles, including empathy, personalization, and omnichannel engagement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using metrics and feedback to inform customer experience strategies
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation, discipline, and time management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service management, with a focus on leading remote or virtual teams
  • Experience with customer experience platforms, including CRM software, helpdesk tools, and social media management platforms
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements, such as GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA
  • Certifications or training in customer experience, leadership, or related fields, such as CXPA, ICMI, or HDI
  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
