**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, research, and outreach efforts
* Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
* Provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of customers, including product demos, trials, and implementation support
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
* Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity
* Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth goals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
* Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a remote sales environment, with a proven track record of success in a virtual setting
