You will work closely with our Loyalty Managers, CRM, Marketing, Retail Operations, and E-commerce teams to ensure seamless collaboration and optimize our customer engagement strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support Loyalty Managers in operational tasks and analyses, including: + Administrative assistance in campaign management, such as creating briefings, address releases, and information provision + Issuing vouchers (stationary/online, international) + Maintaining the Loyalty Backoffice System + Setting up new content and benefits + Cost control and monitoring + Managing the Gutschein-Seite (CAMP Backoffice) + Supporting the execution and post-processing of sweepstakes * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure optimal coordination and alignment * Identify and challenge existing processes, proposing optimization suggestions * Develop and implement new ideas to enhance the customer loyalty program and shopping experience **Qualifications:** * Completed commercial education or equivalent background * Ideally, you have prior experience in the loyalty field or in retail/e-commerce * Enjoy working in a digital environment (e.g., Confluence, Asana) and have a solid grasp of the MS Office package * You are comfortable adapting to new tools and technologies * You are motivated by the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of an omnichannel retailer * You possess a self-reliant, result-oriented, and precise work style * You can communicate effectively in English * You are open-minded, a true team player, and enjoy working across departments **Additional Information:** At blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work in a modern, agile, and value-driven environment.
