Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve client objectives and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on client performance and progress
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategies to pursue these opportunities
  • Train and support clients in the use of our platform and solutions
  • Work closely with clients to identify and address any challenges or issues, and develop solutions to improve their experience
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new solutions and features, based on client feedback and market trends
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Ensure the profitability of client contracts and develop strategies to optimize revenue and growth

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Business, International Business, or a related field (Bac+3/5)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in customer success management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present complex data insights
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience in the procurement or supply chain industry
  • Knowledge of German language
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Certification in customer success management or a related field
