Job Overview

As a Lockbox Processor at blithequark, you will play a critical role in our transaction processing team, responsible for extracting remittances, processing transactions, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all related documents. Key Responsibilities

  • Extract remittances based on standard operating procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process and/or reconcile transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures, meeting deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Ensure the appropriate materials, documentation, and capacity are available to complete transactions, minimizing delays and errors.
  • Confirm equipment is operational, performing routine checks and maintenance tasks as required.
  • Provide feedback on workflow and work received, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
  • Review transactions and related documents, verifying work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • No degree required; high school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to perform repetitive functions and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and attention to detail skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Basic ten key skills and some machine operation may be required, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
