About the Role

As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our retail and wholesale clients receive an exceptional buying experience. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, text, and social media to provide top-notch support and resolve any issues that may arise. Your expertise and passion for delivering outstanding customer service will be essential in building strong relationships with our clients, who include individual consumers, upholstery shops, and online retailers. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer care via multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, text, and social media
  • Stay up-to-date on product and vehicle knowledge through our comprehensive in-house training and tools
  • Proactively reach out to clients to provide solutions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of order flow between internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:
