About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Location Requirement

To be considered for this role, you must reside within 50 miles of Hurricane, WV. This requirement ensures that you're part of the local community and can provide personalized support to our customers in the region.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a remote work setting. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of providing outstanding support.
  • A high school diploma or GED, with authorization to work in the United States.
  • Previous experience in positions such as Customer Service Representative (CSR), Call Center, or similar roles, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A stable work history, with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting.
