Our technology team is dedicated to further developing and expanding the Heartbeat software, connecting customers worldwide with the energy market and providing them with the most cost-effective and cleanest energy tariffs. **Your Role at blithequark** As an Experienced Customer Care Specialist (m/w/d) - Beschwerdemanagement, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling first-level support, as well as collaborating with our site managers and monitoring social media and review platforms.
