What You Bring: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm, patient, and positive under pressure. A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous customer service experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or call centers. Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
