[Remote] Senior Account Manager- Military and DOD Logistics Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Circle Logistics, Inc is seeking a seasoned freight broker with proven experience handling military and Department of Defense (DoD) freight. The role involves managing military/DOD freight operations, ensuring compliance and reliability in every load, and building relationships within the defense logistics network. Responsibilities • Manage full-cycle military/DOD freight operations from tender to final delivery • Navigate and leverage government systems (GFM, etc.) for routing, compliance, and invoicing • Coordinate with carriers who are certified and qualified to haul DOD freight • Ensure all documentation, security protocols, and tariffs are correctly applied • Build relationships with shippers and procurement officers within the defense logistics network Skills • Direct experience moving freight for the Department of Defense (DoD) • Hands-on knowledge of SDDC (Surface Deployment and Distribution Command) • Proficiency with GFM (Government Freight Management systems) • Tariff management experience, including government-specific tariffs • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, routing guides, and secure transportation standards Benefits • Health • Dental • 401(k) • PTO Company Overview • Circle Logistics is a privately held third-party logistics company committed to delivering on three core promises to our customers: No Fail Service, Personalized Communication, and Innovative Solutions.
