Scrum Master – CSM – REMOTE
Facilitate Agile Delivery • Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Ensure consistent flow and delivery using Scrum and Kanban practices tailored to the Trident Project • Foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team environment • Identify and remove blockers to maintain team momentum • Encourage continuous improvement through feedback loops and retrospectives • Collaborate with the Agile Coach to ensure alignment with Agile practices • Apply Agile principles consistently while adapting to the team s context and maturity • Promote Agile values across the team and stakeholders • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders • Align team activities with project goals and business priorities • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support delivery • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban facilitator in a technical or data-driven environment • Familiarity with Agile delivery in manufacturing or infrastructure-related projects is a plus • Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks • Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
