Dispatcher/Customer Service
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This job will be a remote job outside of the one week training that will be in office at our Orlando location. This a 1099 position. You will be required to have Wi-Fi/internet access and a computer.
Duties
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about transportation
- Dispatching trip orders or requests
- Coordinate with the transportation team to ensure timely transportation
- Utilize phone systems to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the logistics team to optimize transportation operations
