Why is this role so important to us?

We are experiencing rapid growth, and our number of active users is skyrocketing. It is therefore essential to support our clients and help them develop by understanding and responding to their needs.

How will you contribute to the project?

The Account Manager role allows you to position yourself as a blithequark expert and be at the heart of the customer experience. Your objective is to ensure that our client base grows and is as engaged as possible. You will participate in developing blithequark's revenue by proposing new products and services while also contributing to customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the client base by identifying opportunities for new plans (upsell) and proposing our catalog of services to clients (cross-sell)
  • Contribute to reducing churn and downgrade requests by contacting clients in advance of cancellation using our predictive algorithm (Health Score) and convincing them to stay
  • Improve the product and services by feeding back client feedback to our development teams and exchanging with various teams at blithequark (CS, Marketing, Sales) to enhance the services offered

Profile Sought

We are looking for someone with:

  • A first experience in complex sales in a SDR or Business Developer position, with an interest in developing account management skills
  • A strong ability to question and listen to detect and understand topics in depth
  • An interest in technology, particularly knowledge of current FinTech market products
  • Experience selling to B2B interlocutors, preferably to SME directors or financial managers
  • Experience selling SaaS products is a plus

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process includes:

  • A first meeting with our recruiter
  • A second interview with our Head of Account Management
  • A final interview on a practical case with our Head of Account Management and Customer Success Director
