About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Customer Support Associate to play a vital role in guiding our learners through their learning journey. As a friendly and reliable point of contact, you will proactively reach out to enrolled learners via phone and email, addressing concerns, and ensuring they stay engaged and on track to complete their programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular outbound calls to learners to welcome them to the program, remind them of upcoming classes or milestones, and encourage participation and course completion.
  • Follow up with inactive or at-risk learners to understand challenges and offer support, providing clear and empathetic guidance to help them navigate their journey.
  • Log all learner interactions and status updates in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with our operations, academic advisors, and other stakeholders to address learner needs and share valuable feedback and insights to improve the overall learner experience.
  • Manage feedback and testimonials from learners, using this information to drive continuous improvement and enhance our services.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or learner engagement roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills, with a clear and friendly phone presence that builds trust and rapport with our learners.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a learner-first mindset and high attention to detail, ensuring that our learners receive the best possible support and guidance.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently in a remote setup, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
