About the Role: Customer Enablement Lead

As our ideal Customer Enablement Lead, you will be instrumental in establishing, shaping, and growing our Customer Enablement function. You will be responsible for strategically scaling our impact across our diverse SMB customer base, leveraging your expertise in customer success, enablement, and strategic thinking. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective enablement strategies that empower our customers to achieve their goals, while also driving business growth and revenue expansion for blithequark.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive customer enablement strategies that align with blithequark's business objectives and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize customer value
  • Design and deliver targeted human interaction and scalable self-service resources that cater to diverse customer needs and preferences
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to measure program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform enablement strategy development
  • Lead onboarding sessions, workshops, and training programs to ensure customers are equipped to succeed with blithequark's products and services
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities, and providing tailored support and guidance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance blithequark's customer enablement capabilities

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer success, enablement, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving customer growth and revenue expansion
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor experiences for different customer needs
  • Strategic thinker and driver, able to understand the bigger picture and operate in a short-term space
  • Results-oriented, with a data-driven approach to program development and measurement
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the opportunity to shape and define processes where they don't yet exist

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $123,000-$144,000, depending on experience, as well as a range of perks and benefits, including:
