Job Overview
Delivering Customer Success is a top priority for blithequark. As a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) within our Solutions Engineering team, you will play a critical role in helping blithequark's Emerging Enterprise customers achieve significant outcomes with business analytics, AI/ML, and Gen AI. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with blithequark's customers, focusing on onboarding, increasing user adoption, retention, and satisfaction to ensure long-term success.
- Possess deep knowledge of the blithequark platform to educate customers on best practices and optimize their use of the platform.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business, use cases, and outcomes to guide their success with blithequark's products and services.
- Execute demonstrations of new product features and conduct hands-on workshops in collaboration with the Sales Engineers to drive engagement and adoption.

- Document and share the adoption status and key information to inform internal forecasting and renewal, ensuring seamless customer relationships.
- Collaborate with other blithequark functions (such as marketing) on capturing and sharing customer stories publicly, highlighting the impact of blithequark's solutions.
- When identifying technical issues that block user adoption, coach administrators and users to initiate support tickets for timely resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
- Stay current on blithequark's products, competitive landscape, and data science trends, applying this knowledge to drive customer success and inform product development.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet with customers, attend industry events, and collaborate with internal teams.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales engineering, customer success management, technical or solutions consulting, post-sales technical delivery, or data science roles with a proven track record of customer trust and satisfaction.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills, capable of engaging both business and technical stakeholders and communicating complex technical concepts effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, build consensus, foster accountability, and work with urgency to deliver customer outcomes.
