Join us in driving growth and improving lives. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Pharmacy Benefit Management, you will be responsible for: * Answering inbound calls from members, providers, and pharmacies with questions about Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) benefits and mail-order pharmacies * Handling an average of 70-80 calls per day, with the ability to toggle through multiple applications on multiple screens * Attending 100% of trainings and the first 90 days of employment to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products and services * Resolving customer complaints through independent problem-solving skills and one-call resolution * Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent, consistent customer service * Collaborating with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience * Managing multiple applications simultaneously, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A High School diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service * A dedicated workspace with no distractions, with a reliable internet connection (cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload) * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook * Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills * Ability to remain calm and helpful even in difficult situations * Computer literacy and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously * Ability to foster teamwork and partnership with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience **Benefits and Compensation** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * An hourly rate of $17.75 - $19 USD, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location * Eligibility to participate in an annual bonus plan * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, and well-being and behavioral health programs * 401(k) with company match * Company-paid life insurance * Tuition reimbursement * Minimum of 18 days of paid time off per year and paid holidays **Work Environment and Culture** At blithequark, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
