Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Data Entry and Information Management Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Data Entry and Information Management Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze large, complex data sets to meet non-functional and functional business requirements
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including re-engineering infrastructure for greater scalability, improving data delivery, and automating manual processes
  • Build required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various data sources using AWS and SQL technologies
  • Develop analytical tools to leverage the data pipeline, providing valuable insights into key business performance metrics, including operational efficiency and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including data, design, product, and executive teams, to support their data-related technical needs and provide guidance on data management best practices
  • Work with external vendors to provide effective solutions and expertise, ensuring seamless integration with blithequark systems and processes
  • Utilize independent judgment within broadly defined practices and procedures to determine the best approach for achieving work objectives
  • Perform other work duties as directed by supervisors, including participating in cross-functional initiatives and contributing to the development of new projects and initiatives

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services
  • Knowledge of design processes, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Ability to understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
  • Skilled in identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
