Job Overview

In this exciting customer relations role, you will have the opportunity to work from home and support our retail pharmacy stores nationwide. As a customer advocate, you will respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively articulate program details to customers and resolve their concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and mail in a professional and courteous manner
  • Research and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction
  • Utilize strong PC skills and Microsoft Office applications to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 consecutive year of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based applications and MS Office
  • Flexibility in work schedule and ability to complete paid company training program
  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Prior inbound Call Center experience
  • Previous experience working from home
  • Prior retail experience or Pharmacy experience

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Customer Relations Representative at blithequark, you will be eligible for a competitive hourly rate, with a pay range of $17.00 to $27.90 per hour.
