**The Role**
As a Customer Tech Support Advisor at blithequark Store, you'll play a vital role in providing front-line technical support to customers experiencing issues with broadband, Wi-Fi, and VoIP services. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, and your expertise will help resolve their problems efficiently and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide first-line technical support to customers experiencing issues with broadband, Wi-Fi, and VoIP services
* Follow structured triage and diagnostic processes to efficiently identify and resolve common technical problems

* Log all customer interactions and outcomes in the system for visibility and follow-up
