Located in Manila, Philippines, we are now making this service available to other companies to benefit from our experience, scale, cost savings, and service level improvements. **Job Description** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our International Procurement & Supply Chain Management (SCM) team with data creation and maintenance related to different ingredient categories and SKU management for various blithequark markets across Europe, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. This role will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our data management processes using a combination of in-house tools and Google Suite packages. Working closely with local blithequark teams, this role will input, transform, and reconcile data to support daily operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Create new Culinary and Supplier SKUs on the SPS/Octopus tool as per Standard Operating Procedures on a regular basis * Ensure data completeness & accuracy and correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities, including reporting any data issues to the team * Maintain operations by following policies and procedures as per training * Communicate regularly with the Procurement & SCM teams on any concerns /queries around the day-to-day role and provide feedback on any changes that can improve the existing processes * Offboarding and deactivating SKUs that needs to be removed/delisted in alignment with other functions * Secure close alignment with other blithequark functions dedicated to tasks interconnected with SPS (eg: SQOC or Product Ops) and other tools like Jira/Rhubarb * Perform ad-hoc, once-off admin processes such as updating excel tables as needed * Support local Supply Chain Operations team(s) by managing relevant data and reports linked to forecasting, ordering, and shipping goods * Maintain the confidentiality of our data and uphold the integrity of our business * Remain flexible to changing duties and responsibilities as business needs vary **Skills and Qualifications:** * At least 2 years of previous operational and/or purchasing experience * Data-driveness and ability to work with cross-functional teams * Requires expertise in operating Microsoft Office & Google Suite programs, and ideally ERP/MRP systems * Language: English, other European languages considered a plus (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian) **Soft Skills:** * This is primarily an administrative role hence we are looking for a well-organized person with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills * Good communication skills and familiarity with procurement and purchasing processes (to follow SOPs/processes) * Self-management skills and hands-on mentality with a strong focus on teamwork * Assertive, responsible, and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex situations **Why Work for blithequark?** At blithequark, you'll join an organization that values innovation and leverages cutting-edge technology to transform customer experiences.
