Job Description

MGID is a rapidly growing player in digital advertising, delivering high-performance native, display, and video ads powered by AI technology. We help publishers monetize their audiences and assist brands in maximizing performance—while ensuring a seamless, brand-safe user experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full operational process of digital advertising campaigns, including setup, delivery, monitoring, and optimization. Ensure accurate campaign implementation, analyze performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and apply optimization strategies to achieve defined KPIs.
  • Collaborate withinternal teams (Sales, Ad Operations, and Product) to ensure seamless campaign setup, delivery, and optimization.
  • Deal with assigned clients, providing strategic support, performance updates, and actionable recommendations to improve campaign results.
  • Sell to existing clients by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand the partnership and drive additional revenue.

Requirements

Who you are:

  • 2/3 years of experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, preferably in biddable or PPC environments, with proven results in achieving performance targets
  • Ability to analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and implement actionable improvements to drive performance
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple clients and ensure smooth campaign delivery
  • Knowledge of key performance marketing metrics and models (CPL, CPA, CPS), conversion tracking and attribution, and online advertising dynamics
  • Experience with campaign management and analytics tools, as well as common tracking solutions and data visualization platforms

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with biddable platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or other PPC systems
  • Prior agency experience
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and tag management tools

Language proficiency:

  • Native German speaker
  • Fluent English
