Remote Show Director / Executive Producer (Christian Dating Show – YouTube)

We’re launching a modern Christian dating show called Swipe with Faith — “Where Faith Meets the Feed.” Our goal is to produce a warm, uplifting YouTube series that helps believers navigate dating with faith and authenticity. We’re looking for a remote Show Director who can take our creative vision and make it happen — from casting to filming, editing, and publishing. You’ll be the point person managing all moving parts: operations, creative flow, and timeline execution. Responsibilities Develop and oversee a 6-month production roadmap. Manage the Operations Assistant and ensure all logistics (casting, venues, schedules) are handled. Coordinate with local videographers, sound, and venues for filming days (Fort Lauderdale). Manage post-production workflow (editors, graphics, review cycles). Ensure all content aligns with the show’s values — uplifting, Christ-centered, and authentic. Deliver weekly updates and KPIs (casting progress, episode timelines, budget tracking). Communicate directly with Michael weekly (one async summary, one optional call). Requirements Proven experience managing video production, podcasts, or YouTube shows. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong organizational and project management background (Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Airtable). Comfortable leading both creative and logistical tasks. Fluent in English, detail-oriented, and proactive. Passion for faith-based content or familiarity with Christian audiences is a plus. Bonus Skills Background in TV, YouTube, or reality show-style editing.
