Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in basic education and a commitment to lifelong learning.
  • 1 year of experience in customer-related services, showcasing your ability to work effectively with customers and provide exceptional support.
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with 95% accuracy, ensuring that you can efficiently document interactions and update customer records.
  • Comprehensive spelling and grammar skills, demonstrating your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively in writing.
  • Ability to use multiple systems while assisting customers, showcasing your technical skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
