We're proud of our reputation for excellence and are always looking for talented individuals who share our values and passion for customer service. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport operations. Your responsibilities will include: * Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive travel experience * Checking in customers and processing their travel documents, including boarding passes and baggage tags * Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors * Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport * Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds) * Making gate announcements and ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation **Work Environment and Culture** As a Ticket/Gate Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced airport environment with a high level of customer interaction.
