About the Team

Our Customer Experience team is responsible for designing, managing, and operating blithequark's global network of support centers. About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping the vision of our Consumer Experience and key partnerships. As a Manager, you'll be responsible for developing solutions to optimize teammate processes, handling ad-hoc requests, and diving into data to explain consumer satisfaction performance. You'll be a strategic thinker, a creative problem-solver, and a collaborative leader who can inspire and motivate others to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Contributing to the vision of the Consumer Experience and key partnerships
  • Owning key business results and presenting outcomes to leadership
  • Partnering with teams within Consumer Experience, and our Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Tools teams to improve Consumer Experience
  • Producing, digging into, and using data and insights independently to identify opportunities to optimize Consumer support journey end-to-end
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve consumer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive results
  • Leading and motivating a team of customer experience professionals to achieve exceptional results

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 6-8 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, product, or related; experience in support strategy is a plus
  • Strong strategic skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Experience with SQL and/or Excel, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions
  • A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment
  • A bias towards action, with the ability to pivot when you learn new information
  • Experience influencing and motivating people at all levels across a variety of job functions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in the technology or logistics industry
  • Knowledge of customer experience principles and practices
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to leadership and other stakeholders
  • Experience with project management tools and software

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • A base salary range of $122,400 - $180,000 USD, depending on experience and location
  • Opportunities for equity grants
  • Comprehensive benefits, including premium healthcare, wellness expense reimbursement, and paid parental leave
  • Paid time off and paid sick leave, with flexible paid time off/vacation and 80 hours of paid sick time per year
