You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store.

Key Responsibilities

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including greeting customers, offering assistance, and resolving issues in a fair and friendly manner
• Register sales on assigned cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments and returns
• Provide customers with courteous, friendly, and efficient service, including recommending items for sale and suggesting trade-up and/or companion items
• Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store, including counters, shelves, and displays
• Implement company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, including cleaning and restocking
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive sell of promotional photo products
• Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders and filling customer requests

Essential Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment
• Prefer prior work experience with blithequark
• Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Prefer excellent communication and interpersonal skills
