Responsibilities
• Processing payments
• Match PO numbers to correct invoices
• Validate check requests
• Accurate Data Entry skills
• Comparing purchase orders, prices, and terms of payments for accuracy
• Performing accounting duties such as account maintenance and recording entries
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices and expense reports
