About the Role

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and provide top-notch customer service to blithequark fans and guests. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about blithequark products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner
  • Provide information about blithequark products and services, including theme park tickets, resort reservations, and merchandise
  • Process transactions, such as ticket sales and resort bookings, accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date on blithequark products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics, such as first call resolution and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and systems
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate for this role:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Experience working with entertainment products and services, or in the entertainment industry
  • Knowledge of SAP and other software systems used by blithequark
  • Experience with managing multiple tasks and priorities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong online presence and social media skills, with the ability to engage with customers and promote blithequark products and services
