Job Summary
As a Facebook and Google Ads Manager, Customer Support specialist, and General Virtual Assistant at blithequark, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating the tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will communicate directly with clients through our project management system, utilizing your excellent written English skills to provide top-notch support and ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, providing general administrative support to the CEO, and assisting with various tasks such as graphic design, video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Facebook Ads campaigns, including setup, strategy, and optimization to ensure maximum ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Manage Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting to drive conversions and sales
- Respond to customer queries via our project management system, providing timely and effective support to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including tasks such as email management, data entry, and document preparation to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Assist with graphic design tasks using Canva or similar platforms to create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials
- Assist with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research to support various marketing initiatives
- Prepare reports and provide insights to clients and stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement
- Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team to ensure high-quality content and optimal search engine rankings
- Assist with lead generation and follow-up activities to drive new business opportunities and revenue growth
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential requirements:
- Be based in the Philippines, with a reliable fast computer and high-speed internet connection
- Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns, with knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Pixel
- Experience in managing Google Adword and Shopping campaigns, with Google Certification preferred
- Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and communication styles
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
- Graphic design skills using Canva or similar platforms, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (London time), with flexibility to start or finish a couple of hours early or later if needed
