About the Role

As a Virtual Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will have a clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. This includes everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email in a professional and courteous manner
  • Use various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer queries
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide exceptional support experiences
  • Work variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts
  • Be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including national holidays
  • Be comfortable working in a high-energy environment and multitasking to meet customer needs

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in India
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • A quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • A minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 10MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
  • Knowledge of customer service software and tools
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
