**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
