  • Inbound & Outbound Communication: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, and potentially via email or chat, in a timely and professional manner. You will be the voice of our company, guiding customers through their questions and concerns with patience and clarity.
  • Problem Resolution: Listen to customers' needs and challenges, then use your critical thinking skills and company resources to find effective and lasting solutions. You will troubleshoot issues, explain procedures, and resolve complaints with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Information & Guidance: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products, services, and policies. You will serve as a knowledgeable resource, helping customers make informed decisions and get the most out of their experience with our company.
  • Detailed Documentation: Accurately and thoroughly document all customer interactions and case details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Maintaining detailed records is crucial for ensuring continuity and a high quality of service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with your fellow team members and supervisors to share insights, escalate complex issues when necessary, and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
