Customer Service Representative-Banking / Treasury Support
Job Description
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative – Banking / Treasury Support to assist clients with inquiries related to checking accounts, debit cards, ACH, and bill payments. You’ll handle incoming calls, resolve issues accurately, and provide excellent customer service while following established banking procedures.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of banking or payment systems preferred
• Detail-oriented and able to follow standard processes
• Call center or financial service experience a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $13.77 - $20.63 per hour
Work Location: Remote
