Fan Engagement & Team Operations Lead (Remote, U.S. Only)
We’re seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to help manage and scale a private online fan community.
This role focuses on overseeing a small remote chat team, maintaining quality control in fan communications, organizing message systems, planning themed engagement campaigns, and tracking performance data in Google Sheets.
You’ll ensure that all chatters follow brand tone, strategy, and engagement guidelines while keeping everything running smoothly day-to-day.
The ideal candidate has strong written communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with prior experience in community management, team supervision, or fan engagement.
This is a part-time remote position with the opportunity to grow into a long-term operations role.
