About the position

Responsibilities

  • Complete a 6-9 month training program to gain knowledge in electrophysiology (EP).
  • Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians and EP lab staff.
  • Train staff on the effective use of BWI's systems and catheter equipment during case procedures.
  • Meet and exceed business goals through effective support and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with electrophysiology or related medical technologies.
