As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, providing empathetic support and innovative solutions
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring seamless issue resolution
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, providing accurate and timely support
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records and data
  • Provide feedback on call issues, contributing to continuous improvement and process enhancements
  • Upsell if required, identifying opportunities to provide additional value to customers

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 wpm, with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and navigation
  • Proven logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide innovative solutions
  • Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Previous experience in healthcare customer service, with a strong understanding of industry-specific issues and concerns
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in their preferred language

  • Internet connection requirements: minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps, ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
