Population Health Management Success Manager
Job Description:
• Supports Meritain Health’s Population Health Management Strategy
• Provides program oversight and consultative support for clients
• Drives implementation, communications, and success metrics
• Responsible for client retention and product growth
• Collaborates with clients, brokers, vendors, and team members
• Manages project initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
• 3-5 years industry experience
• Experience with corporate population health programs or knowledge of the health and wellness industry
• Experience presenting to both small and large audiences
• Experience with Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent industry experience
