About the Role

As a Senior Business Transformation Customer Insights professional at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we achieve our ambitious goals by collecting quantitative and qualitative customer research and distilling insights that help answer our most challenging questions. This role will support the evolution of key parts of our business from an up-front, one-time purchase model to a recurring, renewable-license model, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and services. The SaaS model will help customers by lowering upfront costs, allowing them to pay for only what their operation needs, and ensuring our products continue to add value over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead statistical research studies of the highest complexity for use by the Business Transformation team and partners throughout the enterprise, including primary, secondary, quantitative, and qualitative research.
• Identify, solicit, and manage relationships with external market research and competitive intelligence vendors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Provide data interpretation advice and insight generation to decision-makers.
• Use market research to define blithequark's SaaS customer segments in partnership with product teams.
• Collect necessary information to forecast customer demand elasticity for new-to-the-world products.
• Provide continuous coaching and support (in some cases lead) strategic market research efforts across the Business Transformation Ecosystem and own the planning and execution for the Business Transformation Customer Insights workstream.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5 or more years of market research experience for technology-driven, recurring revenue products.
• Experience leading market research efforts to inform the launch of a new-to-the-world product or service.
• Experience leading pricing studies for technology-driven, recurring revenue products.
• Ability to use statistical analysis & principles to make recommendations from data.
• Excellent communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative to build strong and productive relationships and communicate clearly to audiences of all levels.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
