Job Overview

blithequark's Immediate to Purchaser Item and Tech Examination group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to support the business through estimation, investigation, and knowledge generation for our trade and development item surface regions. This position will play a critical role in addressing key questions concerning the performance of various sign-up and trade streams, identifying patterns in structured and unstructured data, and developing recommendations to improve business performance. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the utilization of analysis as a key revenue driver to increase recruits and business conversions across several recently expanded global tiering drives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble investigations, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that offers critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and trade item spaces.
• Answer central business questions and provide insightful expertise on the different trade streams to improve the customer experience and increase conversions.
• Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of diagnostic solutions, and deliver outstanding data insights and products.
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Apply descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand partner behaviors/value and have an impact across the business.

Essential Qualifications

• Unbridled curiosity, high intellectual and analytical strength, and an enthusiastic pursuit of analysis-driven insights and business results.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analysis space with excellent SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale.
