Job Overview

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with veterinary centers to coordinate prescription endorsements, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests. You will be responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and facility partners, and following up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Connect directly with veterinary centers to coordinate prescription endorsements, resolve client issues, and clarify order requests
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and facility partners, and follow up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues
• Complete data entry of prescriptions into blithequark healthcare software
• Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders
• Work with empathy, undivided attention, patience, sympathy, and kindness to clients and partners alike
• Work with a willingness to learn and grow in a culture of feedback and development
• Communicate with veterinary facilities via phone (sometimes multiple lines depending on the situation) with various subjects, primarily using our internal program and systems to investigate solutions and record facility note accounts

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes)
• Ability to work with ownership, be a self-starter, and pay attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Knowledge of veterinary pharmacy or a related field
• Experience with data entry and order processing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
