As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement critical workflow tooling at scale, leveraging top-level design experiences, capable workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and cultivate critical workflow tooling at scale to drive process improvement and efficiency
• Collaborate with teams to deliver significant data insights and provide training in support of workflow initiatives
• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key data, highlight trends, and inform business decisions
• Translate data into actionable insights, identifying patterns and trends within large datasets
• Research and describe the current state of software development workflows, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization
• Work with a team of data specialists and full-stack engineers to design and develop assigned experiences through data-driven dashboards using Scene
• Collaborate with teams to integrate insights into their decision-making processes and drive business outcomes
• Monitor the impact of your work and regularly report on successes and challenges to senior leadership

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience with software development as a data analyst, software engineer, or technical program manager
• Experience organizing and driving execution across multiple teams towards a unified goal
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Quality Assurance
• Ability to communicate complex data insights and process improvements to all levels of the organization
