The Promotions and Information Experiences team at blithequark is seeking a Machine Learning Data Researcher to join the Item and Client Examination Group. The team is passionate about developing the next generation of analytical solutions working with Sales, Advertising, Finance, Product, and Designing. In this role, you will serve as a critical member of a data-driven team to drive the investigation, analysis, development, implementation, and evaluation of analytical solutions that are critical to driving the business. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Experience in an analytics role – ideally in the digital advertising industry as well as product analysis with hands-on experience working with clickstream data or potentially A/B testing.
- Ability to work seamlessly and effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional, and continually evolving environment.
- Programming skills in Python and SQL, and experience with AWS, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Ability to convey the results of analyses in a clear and actionable way with product and service teams to impact the overall strategy of the product.
- Ability to work collaboratively with design partners to meet the data needs of the business, translating business needs into analytical requirements.
- Experience in complex quantitative analysis including regression, clustering, segmentation, and time-series analysis.
- Familiarity with current data technologies. Knowledge of database modeling and data warehousing principles.
- Experience with directing experiments on large datasets.
